"La Fabbrica di San Martino" is located in northwest of Lucca. Surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and woods, the estate is rich in ambiance, history and contemporary working life. The farmer's old house has been carefully renewed as a residence to offer two lovely apartments. At La Fabbrica, you experience the refined atmosphere of a Tuscan countryside and the caring and cordiality of its people. To the south, La Fabbrica enjoys a wide view of the Serchio river valley, the surrounding mountains, the "plain of Lucca" and, in its center, the medieval town of Lucca within its famous Renaissance walls. The location is a perfect holiday destination for many interests. The central purpose of La Fabbrica di San Martino is to give to the discriminating holiday visitor the possibility to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. The two apartments are Il Timo and Il Pesco. Both apartments are fully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable, in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, including a barbecue for outside activities. The apartments have indipendent entrances for privacy. In restoring La Fabbrica, we sought to retain the former structure, its rustic nature and simplicity. The floors, the beams, the woodwork are all original, and its materials and colors are restored to reflect their everlasting beauty. Care was taken to select furniture from the original period and to restore it to its original quality while giving high levels of comfort.
